Support Warehouse, part of the Integrated Results group of companies, is a dedicated renewals fulfilment agency working on behalf of HP in the UK, France and the Netherlands.

Trading under the name of 'Care Pack Sales', Support Warehouse is responsible for reminding customers when the support provided under their HP Care Pack Service agreement is about to expire. If customers have not already renewed their HP Care Pack Services cover via an HP reseller, 'Care Pack Sales' are able to process the renewal.

Reminder Process

HP Care Pack Services customers will receive a either a personalised letter or email from 'Care Pack Sales' on or around the date of expiry of their existing service entitlement.

The letter or email will clearly state the Product Number and Serial Number of the equipment on which support is expiring and will present the range of Post Warranty HP Care Pack Services available to provide continued cover and peace of mind.

Care Pack Sales' agents are briefed to call all customers to whom a letter has been sent to ensure that they are aware that cover is about to expire and to explain the options available to ensure continuity of support. Agents have expert-level knowledge of HP Care Pack Services and are able to advise customers on the most appropriate service to meet their ongoing support requirements.

If a customer chooses to renew their HP Care Pack Services cover through 'Care Pack Sales', the order process will typically take 48 hours. 'Care Pack Sales' activate the service agreement on HP's system and issue a Support Certificate to the customer by attachment to email. This email wiill also include details of the numbers to call in the event of a machine failure.
