Operating as a services-only VAR, we now have around 12,000 customers across 10 countries and over 15 years’ experience, making Support Warehouse one of the world’s largest resellers of vendors’ technical support services.

Since the formation of the company in 2001, we have worked closely with Hewlett Packard Enterprise Technical Services division. Initially, we provided sales support to resellers on behalf of HPE, but started dealing with end user customers some 11 years ago. We are the official HPE Renewal Reminder Service for HPE Technical Services in the UK, the US, Canada, Ireland, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Austria and South Africa to remind customers when support is due to expire and to advise them on the most appropriate Post Warranty support for their environment.
As a result of requests from our customers, we have now further expanded to offer the technical support services of other vendors for both hardware and software. Our goal is to understand your support requirements by getting to know your business, the criticality of your infrastructure and your sensitivity to unplanned downtime, so that we can recommend the support services that best meet your needs.
