Support Warehouse was formed in 2005 to meet the requirements of Hewlett Packard to provide a reminder service to their customers of support services in the event that their support entitlement expired.

The service provides end users with an email and/or telephone reminder if support has not been renewed at the point of expiry. Customers can choose to purchase their ongoing support needs from any authorised partner or directly from Support Warehouse.

Support Warehouse is headquartered in the UK but operates in many countries around the world. We work with Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Europe, South Africa, the United States and Canada. Our renewal reminder service is governed by the terms of a global Master Supplier Agreement with Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Over the past 10 years the company has developed expert level knowledge of the full portfolio of support services available from Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Our goal is to understand your support requirements by getting to know your business and the consequences of unplanned downtime for you, so that we can recommend the support service to best meet your needs.

All support services sold by Support Warehouse are sourced from authorised HPE Distributors within the local market, or HPE directly.

Support Warehouse now employs some 60+ people in our offices in Yorkshire, England and continues to invest in people, processes, systems and facilities to ensure that we deliver the best possible service to our customers.
