The service provides end users with an email and/or telephone reminder if support has not been renewed at the point of expiry. Customers can choose to purchase their ongoing support needs from any authorised partner or directly from Support Warehouse.
Support Warehouse is headquartered in the UK but operates in many countries around the world. We work with Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the UK, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Canada and the USA. In October 2016 we also launched our activity in Denmark and South Africa, and Ireland was added to the list in March 2017. Our renewal reminder service is governed by the terms of a global Master Supplier Agreement with Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

All support services sold by Support Warehouse are sourced from authorised HPE Distributors within the local market, or HPE directly.
Support Warehouse now employs some 60+ people in our offices in Yorkshire, England and continues to invest in people, processes, systems and facilities to ensure that we deliver the best possible service to our customers.
