This is also about Trusting each other to do the right thing – speak up if there are problems or issues and to act with total honesty and integrity with each other and our customers. Integrity internally is ensuring we are not taking process short cuts that might save you 5 minutes but create work for someone else to fix – we have to trust each other to complete all our tasks correctly to the best of our ability.

This is demonstrated in a professional and appropriate manner and never to offend. This can be stripping waste from process or just be as basic as picking up the phone instead of sending long winded emails! Anything that keeps our working days simple as possible is a real focus on adding value. Simple is repeatable and scalable and we should also look at the simplest solution where possible.
Strive For Excellence
Striving for excellence is about not settling – we must always ask “how can I give that customer a better service?” that can be internally and externally. This can be ensuring that we are using systems & process properly to ensure the next person in the chain isn’t fixing our issues. This can also be looking at how we can go the extra mile for our external customers – that follow up call to ensure everything is expected. This is also about holding each other to account – if we see others cutting corners or not being as good as they can be we should call this out – only this way can we help each other be excellent.
