We previously announced that Europlus Direct would merge into Support Warehouse Limited in September. Due to circumstances outside of our control, we had to temporarily pause the merger process.
We are pleased to share that all issues have now been resolved, and the merger will be completed by the 1st of January 2026.

Important Announcement: Europlus Direct will merge with Support Warehouse Limited
Dear Partner,
We wish to inform you of an important change regarding Europlus Direct. To simplify our operations and provide you with an even more efficient service, we are officially streamlining our UK legal structure.
We are currently working to merge Europlus Direct with our sister company and operate under a single UK legal entity, Support Warehouse Limited. This entity will become your contracting party. Tesedi Global will now be a brand of Support Warehouse Limited.
What This Means for You
- All new quotes and invoices will be issued by Support Warehouse Limited, rather than Europlus Direct Limited.
- Any existing orders already quoted by Europlus Direct Limited will continue to be invoiced from that entity.
- Our bank account details will change, and our finance team will share the updated information with our finance contacts.
- There will be no changes to our services, your contacts, or the brand you know and trust.
